At the initial visit Austen did a temporary repair on our main line near our water meter on a Friday evening to get us through the weekend. They gave competitive quotes and financing options which is wonderful for large unexpected/unplanned jobs like this.
At the following scheduled appointment, they installed a trench-less new line. I love that they took such great care of my lawn and were considerate of my roses bushes. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and made sure the area was safe every time they left.
They scheduled the city inspection and were out the same day to backfill the holes once the inspection was completed.
Again, I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the area! I am SO GRATEFUL to have found such honest and reliable professionals like this after dealing with the opposite with so many contractors nowadays.
