A couple of days ago my daughter opened the garage door to see water running from the hot water tank onto the garage floor. And of course it was on a Sunday! After numerous calls to friends trying to find a plumber who would come check out the issue, a friend of mine provided me with David’s name and contact information after sharing with me that he had used their services after having had some foundation work done on his house and needed some pipe work done. My friend was very pleased and recommended Plunger Pros highly as did his neighbor who had them replace their hot water tank. The answering service took my call and after discussing the issue she said the earliest they could get someone out to my house was on Tuesday (2 days away).I told her I would keep the appt but I was going to see if I could get someone to come out earlier. To my surprise, David, the owner of Plunger Pros called me back, within an hour or so, and asked if I would be available for him to come out within 45-60 minutes to check out the situation. Heck yes! True to his word he was there within the specified time frame. David assessed the situation, made sure the hot water tank was closed off properly, that our cold water was working fine and that all was safe until he could get a new hot water tank first thing the next morning. David was so nice, knowledgeable and patient with me and my daughter. He truly wanted to make sure we were taken care before he left to go out of town with his family. (He delayed his leaving until he got us taken care of!) You don’t find this type of customer service often. And the next day, Jaysin was here just as David said he would be and we had a new hot water tank operational in less than 2 hours. Jaysin was also very nice, friendly and competent. Thank you to both Jaysin and David for making what could have been a very stressful situation end up to be a lot more manageable. I will definitely be providing Plunger Pros information to my friends and family along with a glowing recommendation. Thanks again!

David and Jaysin went above and beyond when replacing our water heater. They weren’t the cheapest option in town, but we’re very glad we chose them. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and they showed up exactly when they said they would. They even upgraded several components at no extra cost, including the anode rod and the drain valve, which will make routine maintenance much easier for us. Highly recommend their service if you’re looking for quality work and reliability.

I can’t give enough accolades to David at Plunger Pros. Over the last 2 years he has replaced a toilet, a faucet, a tub drain, and just this morning he was at my house 15 minutes after getting my call that I smelled gas under my stove, getting the leak repaired in no time. He is always quick, thorough and happy to share information on the repair, along with tips to avoid future issues - and he is very fairly priced! Oh, and my 3 Aussies just love him (huge bonus)!!

Great company and do great work

Unless you're building from scratch, No one wants to NEED a plumber; Plunger Pros made the experience relatively painless. David was punctual, polite, professional, and efficient. He quickly assessed the problem, then resolved it. He explained the design problem of the piping, why it was done that way, and how I can avoid problems in the future. I'll call Plunger Pros again if I ever need to.

David helped us a few months ago after a toilet (not installed by him by the way) had a major leak and came back today to replace our other toilets and shut off valves for my piece of mind. Highly recommended! Nowadays, it's been hard to find a trusted plumber and someone who will not take advantage of the situation to make more money. Plunger Pros were very transparent on their pricing based on the options they needed to take to fix my kitchen sink drainage. They tried their very best to fix our kitchen drainage without using the most expensive option. We’ve even told them that we are good to pay for the last option seeing them working so hard. They sent another person to help finish the job, and they completed it around 9pm, no complaints from them and they only charged us for what they had told us from the beginning. No extra charges for spending several hours completing the job. I know for some would probably drop the job due to the amount of work required to fix it and would prefer easy money for a less complex job. I am very thankful for finding them and from now on they will be my go to plumber!
