Wanna save $12,000 on a plumbing repair? Call David at Plunger Pros. We had a clogged bathroom and after a camera inspection another plumber found that the builder left a screwdriver in the main drain causing a backup. They tried removing but said it was lodged and we would need to tunnel under the house 20 feet to repair at a cost of $12,000. This is after I got charged over $1500 for camera and drain clearing. Seeing other reviews I called David and despite it being 3:30 on a Friday he came out. I asked him for a price after I explained the issue and he said he would run his camera for free and if he thought he could get it out he would charge me a couple hundred bucks. 15 minutes later that’s exactly what he did, saving me $12,000! Definitely give them a call if you need help, best experience ever with a plumber!

If you are looking for and aspire to support local businesses, These are your guys. David and Zachary observed both honor, kindness, patience and integrity. Their pricing, and professionalism is exemplary. I had a waterline that failed in my front yard. When I initially called Zachary came out to help me find the leak, and then gave me the option to perform the repairs myself, or attempt to repair myself. There is no overselling you what you don’t need. I also really appreciated the fact that when you made your appointment, they sent you a link where you could track where they were so you knew how close they were to reaching you, and gave you a picture of the plumber that would be out as well as the vehicle description and the license plate number. I attempted to repair it myself, but just got lost and when I called them back to see if they could go ahead and fix it, David answered the call and made the effort to come out the same evening, even though it was dark and cold. My water was restored same day and I was able to have water access quickly. I’m usually the one that’s very hesitant to hire out because of so many of the scams out there. But I can tell you that this business is incredible and deserves to be hired and given a chance. I was very impressed with their work. It’s a stressful time of year, and difficult during the holidays because of loss, i’m very grateful for their prompt actions and even willingness to come back out even when I initially turned them down to do the work. I appreciated their patience with me. Absolute standup company.

David and Zach are the guys i would definitely hire again for our plumbing needs. Zach Arrives at the time window as scheduled, David answered my phone call and questions on the weekend. they had easy scheduling, David was fair and transparent with pricing, There is no overselling you what you don’t need, he even reduced his price as I self performed the soil excavation. David on a Sunday, when i called him with updates during my excavation not finding what was expected, i thought i would leave a voicemail however he answered, he then arrived onsite within 35 minutes and opened an additional pipe to confirm i was tracking the correct branch of the leak. I would recommend them to anyone who asks, and ill probably name drop when i tell the story of my experience.

Plunger Pros are awesome! My kitchen sink has been clogging at least every other month. Several plumbing companies have been over to assess the problem but none bothered to look for the source of the problem. These guys are incredible in what they do and how quickly they get it done. I needed a plumber ASAP for a water leak I couldn't find in the kitchen. I remember seeing them on YouTube and sent them a text and without and kinda delay I got a response and a time they could be out at the house to see what was going on. Austen replaced a pressure regulator valve that went bad and installed a new water heater 10 days later. All quality parts were used, no short cuts, and he was professional and easy to work with.
