I can’t recommend Mr. Williams enough! After dealing with another plumber who couldn’t identify the issue, and dealing with Allstate third party companies (Allstate is the worst, run away before it’s too late) I contacted Mr. Williams—and I’m so glad I did. Arrived in the evening to inspect what we thought was a major leak. A lot of water for 30 minutes of time. Turns out it was after a heavy rain and the neighbor let a LOT of water out of the pool. Causing a flood in my yard. No leak, no charge to come out. Even checked our pressure and gave the area a good inspection. Definitely our plumber going forward.

Alright folks, this will be a laundry list but David deserves the praise and effort because he puts in 120% effort on every job himself. We started working with David when he came out to check out our low water pressure. Turns out the part regulating our homes pressure was never set up correctly and after only 2 years was already done and dusted. David dug it out, laid down some rocks for drainage, replaced it with a reliable unit and dialed in the pressure for our home perfectly. Well from there on we have had him out many more times. Once to install a touch activated kitchen faucet and cup rinser for our kitchen sink. He replaced all the crappy plastic push valves with actually reliable metal valves too. Another time we had him out to replace an exterior hose bib with a new one, at which time he redid the incorrect piping it was hooked up to and insulated it. Again for our 4 bathroom faucets, drains, tub drains and faucets with matching shower heads. Replacing valves with metal ones here too. The latest job was replacing a garbage disposal after a lightning strike. I like to joke that by now he has replaced almost all of our plumbing related items in our home. But there are still a few more projects coming up in 2025 we will have him tackle. Do yourself, your home and your wallet a favor and call Plunger Pros.

David W. Was on time, professional and did a thorough inspection. They provided two quotes; one if they provide the water heaters and one if we do. While the quotes are slightly high, they are cheaper than Home Depot & Lowes doing it. We definitely will be using their services!

I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the Schertz/ Cibolo/ San Antonio/ New Braunfels area! I got a few really high quotes for a plumbing job recently and the quotes were from companies that came out and didn’t even dig to actually look at and assess the issue. David and Austen from Plunger Pros were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly every step of the way. On my initial phone call, I was greeted right away by David and given a rough estimate and told they’d be happy to come out to quote. At the initial visit Austen did a temporary repair on our main line near our water meter on a Friday evening to get us through the weekend. They gave competitive quotes and financing options which is wonderful for large unexpected/unplanned jobs like this. At the following scheduled appointment, they installed a trench-less new line. I love that they took such great care of my lawn and were considerate of my roses bushes. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and made sure the area was safe every time they left. They scheduled the city inspection and were out the same day to backfill the holes once the inspection was completed. Again, I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the area! I am SO GRATEFUL to have found such honest and reliable professionals like this after dealing with the opposite with so many contractors nowadays.
